The Aerator R-1 is a stationary diffusing cylinder developed especially for aeration of activated sludge tank and it has no movable parts. Air blown to bottom passes through the aerator together with water. Then, the air and water are mixed with each other by stirring and generate ultra-fine bubbles. Simultaneous by the cylinder absorb and lift the lower fluid materials up. To circulate the whole fluid materials continuously the bubbles exchange, oxidize, deoxidize, absorb the upper and lower fluid materials continuously and efficiently.

The treated water is superior to any other technology which can be used for gardening & toilet flushing. MiraCarbon is a fibrous carbon media having a fine graphite crystal structure. They are light, strong, corrosion resistant, & advanced functional material. This helps the fibers to expand when immersed in water.


The ST+ spiral-wound module is designed with a 34 mil parallel feed spacer in order to minimize contact between high fouling potential feeds and the membrane surface. The patented feed spacer geometry allows for a consistently low pressure drop across the vessel while dramatically reducing the build-up of fouling materials at the spacer-membrane interface.
The DTG Module is a stacked disc type module and best for highly polluted feeds where the most stringent discharge requirements must be met. The DTG module allows for effective cleaning and consistent permeate quality across a variety of feed waters.


KANKYO in technical collaboration with HINODE SANGYO offers Microbubble Aeration. It produces large quantity of microbubbles and supply high concentration air. It can be installed in land or under water. All the bacteria in a biological treatment tank are dispersed to treat water without forming flocs. It prevents floc formation and supplies oxygen efficiently. It does not require the usual aeration and settling tanks, and there is no return sludge.


After a mechanical pre-treatment by a grid and aerated sand trap, raw sewage arrives into the buffer with variable water levels, where additionally to hydraulic equalisation a hydrolysis of fine dispersed pollutants and first biochemical conversion of organic pollutants into volatile fatty acids takes place. From here a constant quantity of acidified sewage is pumped into the anaerobic reactor, containing active methanogenic bacterial biofilms, fixed on adsorbing porous LEVAPOR-carrier , enabling a fast and quantitative microbial colonisation and retention of active cells in the reactor. In this reactor bioconversion of generated acetic acid intobiogas, takes place at ambient temperatures. The sludge growth in anaerobic process is only 3 to 5% of removed COD, instead of 35% in the aerobic treatment, resulting in a remarkably better process economy. Final treatment of residual pollutants occurs in a subsequent aerobic fluidised bed biofilm reactor, where additionally to COD removal, quantitative nitrification of ammoniacal nitrogen into nitrate (NO3-) takes place. Aerobically treated effluent, containing suspended biomass leaves the reactor to the clarifier, where sludge flocs will settle, while retention of LEVAPOR cubes with fixed biofilm occurs by a screen, installed inside of the reactor. 


KANKYO’s Microbial Earthworm Eco-filters is the natural way to treat sewage. Earthworms are versatile waste eaters and decomposers, promotes the growth of beneficial decomposer bacteria in wastewater and acts as an aerator, grinder, crusher, chemical degrader and a biological stimulator. Vermi-filters provide a high specific surface area- upto 800 sqm/gm of soil and void age upto 60%. They provide effective treatment of stage which meets all compliances.


Kankyo offers the novel biofilm integrated batch reactor called Sequential Batch Biofilm Reactor (SBBR) which gives a consistent performance and ideally suitable to create any type of wastewater. The SBR can be combined with biofilm growth on the surface of a support material, originating the sequencing batch biofilm reactor These processes use carriers which are designed to provide a protective surface to the biofilm and optimal conditions for cultivation of microorganisms when they are freely suspended in water. A higher surface area of carriers can provide more sites for microorganisms to absorb and grow. The entire process comes with an intelligent control system.


The Intelligent Spectral Analyser (lSA) is a compact UV/Vis spectrometer that allows the simultaneous determination of a variety of parameters with a single optical sensor. Through the evaluation of the entire absorption spectrum from the UV until the near-infrared range (200-720nm), water properties, contained suspended solids, as well as dissolved substances can be comprehensively characterized. It can be used for drinking water, wastewater, process measurement & control technology, environmental monitoring, etc.
