ECO INCINERATION – SAFE DESTRUCTION OF BIOMEDICAL WASTE

Waste can be burned once every day by gasified incineration. MAGNOCARB

Kankyo offers a unique solution to process mixed waste through the technology “Magnocarb” It is a modern carbonizer, equipped with pollution improvement systems, which play their part in cleaning up the flue gas and toxicants. This technology uses magnetized air flow at a steady temperature to form negative pressure state of ionization which will thermally decompose the waste stream that is fed into the Magnocarb. Waste is reduced to 1/300th of its total volume and the residual ceramic ash is decomposed and can be used as a soil conditioner and the liquid residue “Wood Vinegar” is used as an herbicide for plants. Flue gas purification device ensures the proper treatment of discharge.

MAGNOPLAS

Another novel technology that Kankyo provides is to treat municipal solid waste is “Magnoplas”. Air passing through strong magnetic field, processes the organic compounds which decompose toxic dioxins as well. The ash produced has various applications as it is used for soil conditioning. It ensures the volume reduction by 1/300th to 1/500 th of the total waste. It removes the need of sorting and the entire process is sustainable due to the convection circulation of the ionized air.

KANKYO’S Plasma Gasification Technology Can Accept All Types of Waste: Energy and Construction Material Are Byproducts. The real improvement in gasification has come with introduction of our plasma technology into the process. Plasma in simple language means a eld of intense radiant energy. This could be created by pas- sage of high voltage current between two electrodes when plasma arcs like lightning are produced. The temperature in plasma gasification chambers may go up to five thousand degrees Celsius. The process is thus capable of disintegrating almost all types of waste materials with exception of nuclear waste. It converts organics to Syngas and inorganics to Slag. Syngas produced is cleaner than in conventional gasification process and could be used for power generation after filtering and scrubbing. Slag, the black glassy liquidbyproduct could be used as a construction material and be made into concrete, bricks, paving stones or insulating rock- wool. These products are unleachable and thus there is no fear of their adding to pollution of any kind during use.
